Implants vs natural breasts comparison

Yay, some anatomy again. Following previous drawing I did about anatomy about butts.

Weights and measurements on this girl are set a bit by guessing (after some investigation), but close to reality.
There are thousands of ways&shapes in order to draw them, but this is basically how I do draw them. Bigger sizes make this clearer (and funnier, heh):

About drawing fake breasts:
- The entire breast has and espheric shape. Breasts "pop out" of her chest.
- Weight is pretty balanced. They can look pretty "floaty".
- In this case the implants are placed between her fat/breasts tissue and (over) her muscles. Even if they can be placed under her chest muscles in order to get a more natural feel/look (yes, I didn't know that), I don't think it's possible with such big silicone implants, which make them look like fake, perfectly round balls.
- Kinda soft, but rather firm.

About drawing natural breasts:
- Waterdrop shape, breasts do point rather downwards.
- Fat is heavy, and most of its weight is placed on the bottom section of the breast. This pulls the breast down.
- Only the bottom part looks espheric, the rest are smooth curves pointing towards her chest.
- A very soft look and feel.
