Anatomy - how I do it

As I realized that I've been rushing my last drawings (especially the first step, analizing what I'm going to draw), I felt like I had to settle down a bit and be patient with the basics. But well, one reason I don't have much patience lately is that I don't have that much time (hope this won't be for a long period of time).

Anyways, even if I don't use it that strictly nowadays (rather too roughly done), that on the left is the body structure I use. Just feel like I should use a good structure again before I start drawing bodies because I felt that the quality of my drawings wasn't improving lately...

Well, this is just a small personal practice and just to show how I draw the anatomy structure before doing the definive drawings.
